Over a period of four years, Fortreal Rei Ltd played actively as a real estate brokerage firm focused on sales and marketing of real estate in Nigeria. Within this period, our core mandate was to help our clients invest rightly while making sure their investments are safe, secure and sustainable; and importantly, inspiring and partnering with them to build sustainable wealth through real estate investment.

As a brokerage firm with clients within Nigeria and across over 18 countries of the world, we have collectively sold over 300 plots of land and about 30 units of Houses (both in Abuja and Benin City). Most importantly, our clients are always satisfied with our level of professionalism and eventually turn out to be consistent returning clients. With the goal of inspiring, empowering and transforming the lives of realtors and real estate professionals, Fortreal Rei Ltd established the Fortreal Real Estate Academy. Within one year of operation, Fortreal Real Estate Academy became the only verified real estate academy on Google under the “Best real estate school in Nigeria” category.

Eighteen Months after, FREA has trained 5,000+ realtors, brokers and real estate professionals including facilitating sales training for real estate companies and brokerage firms across Nigeria and these trainings are based on first-hand knowledge of selling real estate consistently over the years.

In 2024, Fortreal formally and publicly transited into a real estate development company and our vision is to build wealth with our clients through land-banking, capital appreciation and cashflow opportunities.
